Aqua Yoga is an incredibly calming and therapeutic practice that will help you develop:

It is a unique form of Yoga, in that it utilizes the buoyancy and hydro-static pressure of

the water to:

  • Improve circulation and lymphatic drainage

  • Release muscular tension and soreness

  • Ease stress and anxiety

  • Ease gravity on the body and stress on the joints and swelling in the legs
    - very
    calming for those with arthritis, who are obese and pre-natal students. 

  • Relieve pain from afflictions such as MS, arthritis, and Fibromyalgia.

  • Improve heart rate and blood pressure

  • Increase bone density or slow bone density loss

  • Improve healing, digestion, breathing, endurance, and energy levels
